With the right perseverance, support and attitude, anyone can accomplish their goals and live an Amazing life.
Traci Lauren is a Bi-Lateral below the knee amputee. At birth, her mothers umbilical cord was wrapped around Traci's ankles causing her legs and feet to not develop properly. After having her legs amputated at age one and through 15 surgeries since, Traci has not lost her drive to accomplish things that those with legs can do. She enjoys Cross Fit, hiking, weight training, all while taking care of her two active young sons and pursuing her career path.
Her motto is "Keep Going! Keep Pushing!" Traci has recently been able to share her story of tenacity with high school students and inspire them to pursue their dreams. She now wants to speak to other groups and encourage them to keep going, keep pushing. One of her goals is to one day do a TED talk.
Traci's attitude is one of joy, giving and belief. Her powerful message combined with her great sense of humor made this conversation fun and inspiring. Traci is a Superhero who doesn't let her condition stand in the way of her having an Amazing life.

Growing up, Jason had one dream - to serve as a Phoenix Police Officer. Inspired by his brother and the tragic loss of a local law enforcement hero, Jason worked persistently towards his dream. After serving four years in the Air Force, at the age 26, Jason achieved his goal to work on the streets of Phoenix as a rookie police officer. Then, only 14 months into what was supposed to be a life-long career, Jason's life took an unexpected, dramatic and, at the time, tragic turn.
On the night of March 26th, 2001, a taxi cab traveling over 100 miles per hour crashed into the rear of Jason's patrol car. Upon impact, Jason's car burst into flames, trapping him inside with temperatures reaching over 1200 degrees. Through a series of miraculous and fateful circumstances, Jason surprisingly survived the crash and ensuing physical and emotional catastrophe. He suffered severe burns to over 40% of his body which drastically altered his appearance. He has undergone more than 50 surgeries just to have the ability to accomplish simple daily tasks we often take for granted
Through faith, love from his family, his law enforcement community and determination, he now shares his Amazing story of life, rebirth and transformation.
